So I went to a casino this weekend.
I have always been against gambling. Now, I do know lots of people who do it and enjoy it, but I am not one of these people, nor will I ever be. Maybe because every dime in my life is budgeted for something else or maybe I'm just to cheap, but I just feel guilty wasting money on a slot machine or a poker game when I'm not getting anything, whatsoever, out of it. It's not really entertaining -- all you do is push a button, no strategy, no thinking, just insert money and push button. At least if I'm going out to eat I'm getting a meal, if I'm shopping I'm getting clothes.. i get NOTHING from a casino. It WAS interesting to see the place we went, but I'll not go back.. It's just not my thing.
Now, other people do enjoy it and I don't judge that. If it's entertaining to you, great, it's just not MY thing.
