you fall alseep twice on the way home from work while sitting at stop lights... and you only live six blocks away...
you fall asleep in the middle of typing an email and end up with a line of l's in the middle of it... and don't notice until AFTER you send it...
sitting still for more than five seconds at a time makes your head bob and your neck ache from jerking yourself back awake...
