So we are now fully into student staff training.. and I have to say that it is amazing. My vision has come to fruition at last and is exactly as I saw it in my head. Tonight was role modeling events and afterward people hung out and had a spontaneous dance party... AWESOME..
That means we have a good atmosphere, trust exists, and relationships are happening!!
